No industrial oil reloading in Kaliningrad region
According to the Governor of Kaliningrad region Georgy Boos, they will not build oil reloading complexes on Kaliningrad shore of Baltic.
“Many companies apply with such projects, but we suggest oil reprocessing, not oil reloading for future export in the region”, he said. “We have several investment offers and regional Government is ready to consider them. We want to use our part of the Baltic coast for tourist business development”, said the Governor to Oilcapital.
