Building on the success of our first Bellona Climate Action Conference in 2024, we are excited to host the second edition, focusing on accelerating European industrial decarbonisation in the era of the Clean Industrial Deal. 

The 2025 conference will be a key platform for exchanging ideas and insights on how to translate the Clean Industrial Deal’s strategy into action and drive the decarbonisation of energy-intensive industries. Building on Bellona’s decades-long experience in driving industrial decarbonisation the discussions will explore both technical and economic challenges – such  as electrification, renewable integration, and enabling low-carbon technologies like hydrogen and CCS – as well as policy measures to create lead markets, finance the transition, and ensure a just transition for all. 

Bringing together representatives from EU institutions, industries, civil society organisations, and trade unions, the conference will foster dialogue on the critical steps needed to make industrial decarbonisation a reality.
