Andrea joined Bellona as a Policy Manager for Sustainable Markets, where he coordinates policy and advocacy work on issues including the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, the EU Emissions Trading System, Sustainable Finance, and Carbon Capture and Storage/Use markets. Prior to joining Bellona, Andrea worked as a consultant for governments, public institutions, and the private sector on climate change policy, human rights, and government affairs. He holds an MSc in Politics and Governance of International Development from Wageningen University (Netherlands) and a BSc in International Relations from the University of Bologna (Italy).
