Elli joined Bellona Europa in July 2025 as a Research Advisor on Energy Systems. With experience in various environments (NGO, Strategy Consultancy, Research Center), he has a broad understanding of energy systems on technical, economic, sociological and political levels. He holds two Master’s degree in Engineering from ENSTA Paris Engineering School, and in Energy Economics from Paris-Saclay University.
