Francesco works on sustainable economy and industrial decarbonisation, coordinating Bellona’s work on carbon pricing and carbon leakage. He represents Bellona in the Informal Expert Group on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and has followed the file closely from its adoption to its current implementation phase. He has also coordinated Bellona's 2024 EU Elections work.
