Francesco focused his academic career on International Relations and European Studies, which made him an expert of EU policy and politics. Prior to joining Bellona, he has worked on human rights protection and sustainable mobility. At Bellona, Francesco works on topics related to Sustainable Finance and Economy, focusing especially on the EU ETS, CBAM and the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy. He is also the policy coordinator for Bellona's 2024 EU Elections work.
