William Druet joined Bellona Europa in July 2025 as a CCS Policy Advisor. He contributes to Bellona’s efforts in supporting and assessing the effective implementation of Article 23 of the European Union’s Net Zero Industry Act, which requires oil and gas producers to develop CO₂ injection capacity in the EU. William holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles, as well as a Master’s in Environmental and Development Policy from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining Bellona, he worked on various aspects of CCS-related policy at the Carbon Capture and Storage Association.
