PURE: Two Years of Impact – What have we learned from the electrification of construction in Oslo?

The event will showcase the results of the Powering-Up a Renewable Society Project. The PURE Project was conducted over the past two years and involved Oslo’s Climate Agency, Hafslund Rådgivning, SINTEF, and Bellona Europa. This project focused on promoting the adoption of zero-emission construction sites as an effective strategy for climate action in urban areas. By analysing Oslo’s experience, participants produced research, guidelines, and advocacy materials to be shared across European cities, demonstrating the potential of electrifying construction phase operations.
