To achieve its goals in the Climate Act, the Dutch government will need to reduce its CO2 emissions drastically. Carbon Capture and Storage projects, such as the ‘Porthos’ project of the Port Of Rotterdam, are crucial to tackle emissions from industrial clusters and decarbonise this sector.
