Arcticshelfneftegaz company is very negative to this decision, RusEnergy reported. The company is a partner of AMNGR in development of Medynskoe-Varandey and Kolokolmorskogo shelf fields. Arcticshelfneftegaz plans to apply to the Russian Ministry with request to return the oil well rig, as the company needs it for its operation, otherwise it will have to lease oil well rig from foreign companies.
