The Governor of Murmansk region Yuri Yevdokimov underlined that Murmansk regional authorities have constant problems with gas transportation in the region, caused by the lack of gas pipe line, Regnum reported. According to Riazanov, Gazprom plans to provide gas to the region from Shtokman field. The company will not build the gas pipeline, as the order of the Federal Government, issued in 1996, was not supported by any financial means.
