The objective of this paper is to analyze how global energy demand and CO2 emissions will develop based on the assumptions and scenarios established by the IEA. This paper will also present the suggested actions by IEA
for reducing global CO2 emissions. Furthermore, the scenarios from IEA will be compared to scenarios established by the IPCC.
